Molding the Maker

I was born in Larnaca, Cyprus.  As a painter with theology background I am interested in the idea of art as a means for something bigger than art itself but still within the limits of phenomena. I first encountered art through studies in Byzantine iconography (1992-1999), and since then, I have maintained egg-tempera as the basic technique with which I work. My artistic evolution is interconnected with an exploration of egg-tempera medium.
